Since joining Draftwise in 2024, Sandman has led the company’s global sales organization, helping grow revenue more than sixfold while expanding Draftwise’s presence among many of the world’s leading law firms and enterprise legal teams. As Chief Sales Officer, he will continue leading Draftwise’s global sales strategy and go-to-market organization as the company enters its next phase of growth.
Prior to joining Draftwise, Sandman held several leadership roles at Pendo, where he helped scale the business from zero revenue to more than $200 million. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role for both the company’s direct and indirect sales organizations and established Pendo’s San Francisco office.
He later joined Gravity Sketch, where he led commercial teams across North America and Europe, bringing deep experience building and scaling international go-to-market organizations selling to some of the largest automotive and footwear brands in the world
