ProCare Injury Specialists announced plans to open three new clinics in Dallas-Fort Worth, starting with Garland and North Dallas before the end of the year, followed by Mesquite in early 2027. The expansion brings its comprehensive care for accident and injury patients to one of the busiest and most car-dependent regions in the state.
“There’s no shortage of providers in Dallas, but coordinated care is harder to find,” said Dr. Neil Boecking, DC, President of ProCare Injury Specialists. “Someone hurt in a wreck in Garland or Mesquite shouldn’t have to juggle a handful of different offices just to get better. Opening in Dallas will let us keep their care connected from day one.”
Each clinic will bring together the services patients commonly need after an accident, including medical evaluation, imaging, pain management, chiropractic, active rehab, counseling, neurology, and more, allowing patients to move from assessment to treatment with ease.
The Dallas-area clinics will be led by pain management physician Dr. Mark Rouff, MD. He focuses on early evaluation and evidence-based treatment, making sure patients understand what is happening with their injury and what recovery will take.
“Pain from a car accident often doesn’t show up until days later,” said Dr. Rouff. “When we start treatment early, we can break that pain cycle before it turns into something chronic. We want every patient to leave their first visit knowing what’s wrong, what the plan is, and that we’re in this with them until they’re back to feeling their best.”
The region’s freeways are among the most heavily traveled in Texas. I-635, I-30, US-75, and the President George Bush Turnpike carry commuter and commercial traffic through Garland, Mesquite, and North Dallas every day. In Dallas County alone, Texas Department of Transportation crash data shows nearly 44,000 crashes in 2025, injuring more than 22,800 people and killing 274. For patients hurt in an accident, the harder part often comes next: finding a car accident doctor, then piecing together imaging, evaluation, and treatment across separate providers.
The expansion marks ProCare’s first move into North Texas, following recent openings in Waco, Temple, Manor, West San Antonio, and Corpus Christi. As the area continues to grow, the company expects demand for personal injury care to grow with it. With its first three clinics planned in Dallas County, ProCare aims to make coordinated injury care easier to reach for patients across the metro.
